Steve Morrison
started playing jazz professionally in 1993. Since then he
has recorded more than twelve albums and done over 1500 gigs
nationally.
He has played with some of Australia's leading jazz and rock
musicians, including Con Campbell, James Greening, Toby Hall,
Tim Rollinson, Roger Mannins, Jeff Duff, Elana Stone, Pete
Drummond, Phil Davidson and Mitch Farmer.
He has toured nationally with the bands Aroma and Stop That
Lemming, also appearing on television with Aroma. His songs
have received airplay in the US and Europe. As well as these
bands, Steve has performed live with Strudel (Paul Jarman
and Pete Drummond), The Hairy Cats, John Dickson and many
others.
